Isauro "Izzy" Torres is a professional consultant and instructor providing training to law enforcement agencies.  Izzy's professional experience consists of serving honorably in the United States Army and assigned to JSOC, where he was instilled with strict Army values; Honor, Courage, and Commitment.  These values are still the foundations of his personal and professional character.  

in addition to his military career, Izzy has served over 30 years as a Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Texas.  While in Law Enforcement.  Izzy currently assigned to the HIDTA Task Force.  Izzy obtained his Master Peace Officer license, served as member of a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) unit, a member of a Special Response Team (SRT), Firearms Instructor, TCOLE Instructor, EMS Instructor, over 30 years as Paramedic,  ALERRT FRM, Breaching Instructor.  NAEMT Instructor (TECC, TCCC), among many others.

With several years in law enforcement, she has worked in the patrol division for a local law enforcement agency where she learned to harness her creativity and hone her fundraising, marketing, social media, and writing skills.  

During this time, Araseli has assisted in incorporating reality based training utilizing live fire as well as non-lethal training munitions.  With law enforcement as their target audience, Araseli utilizes her law enforcement experience coupled with her marketing experience in her role as the training coordinator and communications.
